A woman of strong values, Sonal leads with respect, integrity, and a deep sense of pace, which consistently reflects in her approach to work and leadership.

She began her career in banking with Citicorp, where she played a key role in managing Citigold and NRI accounts while establishing foundational SOPs for the division. She then went on to spend over a decade with Vodafone, leading customer service operations across metro and state functions. During her tenure, she successfully managed end-to-end customer experience across contact centers, retail, retention, training, quality, and collections, while consistently delivering industry-leading NPS and CSAT scores.

Sonal has been recognized for multiple national-level achievements, including Best Circle Pan India in Quality, Best Back Office Operations, and Best Training Function. She has also led several large-scale transformations, including the successful launch of initiatives such as Global CXX and VIN Rajasthan, and played a pivotal role in fostering inclusive workplace practices as the lead for the Vodafone Inclusivity Network.

In the BPO and outsourcing space, Sonal has held leadership roles with reputed organizations, managing training and quality functions for over 15,000 employees across multiple domains including telecom, BFSI, insurance, e-commerce, and DTH.
